I've consistently had a fantastic dining experience at Lin. The food is always exceptional. I can't resist starting with the sui mai; the texture of the pork, shrimp, and mushrooms is perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The shrimp har gow is another favorite--its chewy, mochi-like skin and the enticing aroma of sesame oil make each bite irresistible. And the egg custard steam bun? The bun is incredibly soft, and the custard strikes the perfect balance of sweetness. Plus, the staff is always quick and attentive, making the overall experience even better.
This was my first time trying dim sum in Texas. Upon entering, I noticed how adorable the outdoor decor and style of the restaurant. Seemed clean and had a stylish modern twist on it. I filled out the forms to order dim sum instead of ordering from servers pushing around carts. Not typical dim sum service, but I didn't mind, as there wasn't room for carts to be pushed around because of the layout. The waiter took our order and brought out the food in a timely manner. The food was delicious. I will say, many dim sum options were left out of the menu, but they still had the staples. Everything was flavorful, hot, fresh, and plated nicely. A con is that the dim sum is $$$. Where I'd typically get a dish for $6, they served it at $13. Other than the price, everything was great. I'm not used to more upscale modern dim sum restaurants, but this was a nice change from my typical scene. Quick workers, clean, cute, delicious food.
Delicious Soup Dumplings!! I've never been a huge fan of soup dumplings but they are so well done here and not too chewy and seasoned go perfect. The vibe of the space is very cozy and the service was top notch.

The place saved my birthday! After a long day of indoor skydiving, we had reservations at a nearby place and were told I couldn't order wine because my new invisilign trays made my speech a bit off and I was assumed drunk! We laughed it off and walked around the corner and this place gave us a table with no issue! The hot sake was delicious! The food was to die for! And our server (apologies but I have forgotten his name, but it was April 7th around 8:30pm and we had an outdoor table of 3)... he was amazing. Very attentive, friendly, helpful, sweet. We cannot wait to come back! 5 well deserved stars!
We walked into Lin's spontaneously on a Wednesday and sat at the bar. You probably need a reservation most nights here to get a real indoor table - the space is quaint and cozy. The food however, was exceptional. I was there for a light dinner and two of us split a bottle of wine, the green tea salad, crispy jalapeño shrimp, and farmers veggie fried rice. That was more than enough food for the two of us. Everything was impeccable! The green tea salad had the perfect amount of dressing, wonderful flavors, and plenty of crunch with wasabi peas and nuts. The crispy jalapeño shrimp was surprisingly gluten free and so delicious! The farmers friend rice complemented the shrimp perfectly and we had some extra to take home. We ended up ordering a lemon sorbet after dinner and that was delectable as well! The bartender did a great job doubling as a waiter and made sure we were well taken care of we had a great experience here!
This spot was awesome!!! Edith was our waitress and she was truly amazing. It was crazy busy and she was still so on top of our table. I didn't like the taste of the cab I got so she asked me what I liked and she went back to the bartender and came back with two sample tastes and I ended up going for their pinot noir which was delicious. The food was super good and we ate everything. The soup dumplings were soooo good. We also got the sesame chicken which was delicious, the Dan Dan noodles and the honey akaushi beef. I was very impressed with each dish. I will definitely be back to this spot as amazing food and excellent service is a win-win!
Been craving soup dumplings so decided to give this place a try! The restaurant was kind of hard to find and the parking was through an alleyway in the back of the building. It was a lot smaller than I expected, so it was somewhat crowded. Expect to sit close to other tables. However, the decor and interior design were aesthetic! We ordered the Shanghai soup dumpling, Scallion pancake dipped in curry, and Beef Lo Mein! All amazing dishes! The soup dumpling is probably one of the best I've had. When taking a bite, the soup bursted into my mouth and tasted so creamy and flavorful. As for the scallion pancake, it was crispy and tasted absolutely amazing with the curry. However the curry had a chicken wing in it, which was hard to eat. The Lo Mein was pretty standard but still flavorful! The portion were kind of small and it's a bit pricey, but I recommend to come with a group and family style it so you can try a little bit of everything. My server was also really sweet. I spilled my soy sauce on the table but she quickly helped me clean it up. Overall, I definitely recommend to come here if you're looking for a nicer place to try soup dumplings!
All the dishes we ordered were very good. The waitress was nice and attentive. The restaurant has a good mixture of eastern and western ambiance. It's on the expensive side for sure, but they deliver the quality. Ube cheesecake is a bit too sweet for Asian dessert, but for American standard it's just perfect. It comes with a piece of gold on top.
